This category is open to any individual who has a Front of House role in a salon . This award will be judged using the 7 Fantastic Characteristics. Entries must include the following headings - remember to be creative with your entry but keep the information clear and concise for the judges.

For entry, please include the following information:

1. PASSION

• Please tell us about yourself, your passion for your job and why you think you should win this award, in no more than 500 words.

2. DELIGHT

• • Please tell us about your approach to customer delight in the following 3 areas:
    - FIRST IMPRESSIONS 
    - LAST IMPRESSIONS 
    - THROUGHOUT THE DAY

  • Please share 3 client testimonials that are directly related to yourself - verifiable by either mobile phone number or email address.

3. INSPIRE

• Please show us how you add value to the salon business in the following areas:
  - PRODUCT SALES
  - UP -SELLING
  - PRE-BOOKING
  - INFLUENCING RECOMMENDATION

• Please also provide evidence of how this is measured.

4. AMBASSADOR

• Please tell us, in your opinion, the 3 most positive things about working in the salon industry and then 3 things you feel that need to change (there is no right or wrong answer to this question - we are genuinely interested in your opinions).

5. PERFORMER

• Please include a submission from your salon owner as to why you are an ambassador for the salon in no more than 400 words.

6. ALIVE INSIDE

• Please give examples of how you motivate yourself consistently to succeed.

• Please share with us what your current goals are for yourself within your job role, and give relevant examples or evidence of what you are doing to achieve these goals.

• Please also tell us about 3 people who inspire you and give reasons why.

7. ALWAYS LEARNING

• Please give evidence of any training courses and programmes attended in the last 12 months and tell us what you feel you achieved and learnt from them.
  - Please include both ‘in salon’ and external training, plus anything you have provided yourself as well as what has been provided by your salon.
  - This may include any other courses, books, or other mediums you use to develop yourself – these do not have to be industry specific.
