The FH Coaching Programme is delivered over 6 months - combining live workshops, online sessions, video learning and practical development so you're not just attending a course, you're being built into a confident, credible coach.
Live Workshops
Two live workshop blocks totalling 5 days of face-to-face training.
Workshop 1 covers the FH Salon Growth Formula and how to coach others through it.
Workshop 2 deepens your communication skills and teaches you how to attract and convert coaching clients.
Online Sessions & Video Learning
Three additional online sessions are spread across the 6 months, supported by a wide range of TFH video training.
These sessions keep your development moving between workshops and give you space to ask questions, revisit ideas and deepen your understanding.
Homework & Practical Development
Between every session you'll have practical tasks, reflection exercises and application work.
This is what turns training into real capability - giving you time to learn, apply, practise and improve before you ever sit in front of a coaching client.
