How will it work?

The sessions will be released each morning at 9am - this is so that you can decide yourself what time works best for you. If you're watching with a team, you don't necessarily have to watch them all together or at the same time.
 
You'll have this wonderful content in your library for 12 months, so even though we recommend and suggest to run it across 4 weeks, to really boost spirits and motivation - you're also welcome to adapt and make your own plan with it. Of course in addition to this you can go back and revisit as many times as you want. 

Session Timings:

- Motivational Mondays with Alan will be around 20 minute sessions
- Tuesdays Main Stage: 2 x speakers will be released each week varying around 20-30 minutes each 
- Wednesdays Interviews: delving deeper into the speakers from the main stage. There will be 2 x most weeks except for week two with the panel as we've interviewed everyone individually. The interviews vary between 8-15 minutes.
